Yes. Ryzen Electrical Solutions is a Registered Electrical Contractor in Victoria (REC 34307) and fully insured for residential and commercial work.
What areas do you cover?
Based in Springvale and servicing homes right across Melbourne. If you're not sure whether you're in range, give me a call and I'll let you know.
How soon can you come out?
Depends on the week and how urgent it is. Get in touch and I'll give you a straight answer on timing rather than keeping you waiting.
Do you offer after-hours callouts?
Evenings and weekends by arrangement. I'm not a 24/7 operation, so get in touch and I'll let you know what's possible for your situation.
How does pricing work?
You'll get a quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, I'll talk it through with you first.
Do you provide a certificate of electrical safety?
Yes — where the work requires one, you'll get a Certificate of Electrical Safety as standard. It's not an optional extra.
Do I need to be home while you work?
For most jobs it helps to have someone there at the start so I can see the problem and talk through the plan. After that it depends on the job — we can sort it when you book.
Do you work on solar?
Solar installs aren't something I offer. I can still help with switchboards, faults and everything else electrical on a home that already has solar.
